Maddy is a senior from right outside of Chicago who came to Duke hoping to pick up a couple fun, relaxed clubs, but then she joined mock trial instead. She actually really enjoys mock trial, even when she has to be at the courthouse in a skirt suit at 7 a.m. on a Saturday. Aside from mock trial, Maddy is involved with Mastery Tutoring Program, Me Too Monologues, and some other community service-related activities. When she has the occasional break from pretending to be a lawyer, she fills her free time by procrastinating, saying she’ll go to the gym, and hunting for free food. Maddy loves dogs, The Office, Parks and Rec, deep late night talks, and traveling.
