Laila Dames is a sophomore from Miami (not Florida); she insists that Miami and Florida are two separate entities. Laila is the oldest out of 6 children and Palestinian, which pretty much sums up the essence of her personality. She loves practicing ju jitsu and kickboxing. Fun Fact: she almost signed up for Moot Court but went to the wrong info session and realized Mock Trial is much cooler.
